1: The buyer must notify the merchant in advance of any specific packaging requirements, failing which the merchant will proceed with the standard packaging as depicted.
2: The merchant assures proper packaging of all products prior to dispatch. If defects are discovered upon receipt, the buyer must report the issues to the merchant within 15 calendar days for appropriate after-sales resolution.
3: The merchant is not liable for delivery delays attributable to unforeseeable circumstances, including severe weather, natural disasters, epidemics, and warehouse storage issues. The merchant is not obliged to grant refunds due to logistics-related delays but will actively monitor and expedite the delivery process.
4: The merchant shall produce designs per the buyer's specifications. Once an order is irrevocably confirmed by the buyer, the merchant is under no obligation to accept order cancellations.
5: Upon arrival in the destination country, the buyer shall bear full responsibility for customs clearance and associated costs. Any losses resulting from the buyer's refusal or failure to accept delivery shall solely be borne by the buyer.
6: The merchant shall declare the goods as per the buyer's instructions, if provided. In the absence of such instructions, the merchant is authorized to declare the goods based on their actual value.
7: For customized products, the merchant reserves the right to refuse returns or cancellations, barring demonstrable quality issues.
8: Any perceived color discrepancy due to photography lighting or display screen variations does not warrant a return. The actual product's color is the definitive reference, and the merchant does not accept returns on the basis of color disparity.
9: For any custom-made order, the final delivered quantity may deviate by up to 10% from the ordered quantity, either over or under. The final payment will be adjusted according to the actual delivered quantity.
10.Upon the completion of the production of goods, the seller will immediately issue a written notice to the buyer for the payment of the remaining amount. The buyer should fully pay the balance within 14 calendar days upon receiving this notice. If the buyer fails to pay within this period, it will be considered a breach of contract. Under such circumstances, the payment previously made by the buyer will not be refunded and will be regarded as a penalty paid to the seller. Furthermore, the seller reserves the right to freely dispose of the goods from the order, including but not limited to reselling, auctioning, or other lawful methods.
This contract clause has legal binding power, and any violation of this clause will lead to corresponding legal liabilities.
